1. How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You’ll get a confirmation email/SMS immediately after placing your order with all relevant details.

2. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes, but only within 12 hours. Email us at support@banatique.in with your order ID and request.

3. I didn’t receive a confirmation—what should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us to verify your order.

4. Can I order without creating an account?
Yes, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders and manage returns more easily.

5. Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
Yes! You can select gift wrapping at checkout for a small additional charge. Personalized notes are also available.
