Payments – FAQ Banatique

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment options, including:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Rupay)

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets

2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available for select products and pin codes. A small COD handling charge may apply.

3. Is it safe to make online payments on Banatique?
Absolutely. All transactions are secured with 128-bit SSL encryption and processed through trusted payment gateways.

4. Why did my payment fail?
Payment failures may occur due to network issues, incorrect card details, or bank downtime. Try again or use a different payment method. If the amount was debited but the order wasn’t placed, it will be auto-refunded within 5–7 business days.

5. Can I pay in EMI or installments?
Currently, we do not offer EMI options. We are working to introduce flexible payments soon.

6. I was charged but didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately with your transaction ID or screenshot at support@banatique.in. We’ll verify and resolve it promptly.

7. Are there any hidden charges or taxes?
No hidden fees. All prices are inclusive of GST. Shipping and COD charges, if applicable, will be clearly shown at checkout.
