If you received an incorrect item, you are eligible for:
Free exchange for the correct product
OR
A gift voucher of equal value, redeemable on your next purchase
Conditions:
The product must be unworn, unused, and with original tags & packaging
Exchange/gift voucher request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Please provide your order ID and a photo of the product received
